Welcome to the Tea Circle.

Every month, we gather around a tea ritual to find answers to our personal problems by contemplating them in the light of philosophical topics, self-connection to nature, and more.

The circles are a space to meet people passionate about the quest for practical wisdom and the art of living for the common good. You will be welcomed in a supporting, welcoming, and benevolent space to share your ideas, experiences, and receive a multitude of inspiration.

Through our circles, we explore various themes related to personal development and living an artful life, using meditation and journaling as tools, and assisted by the plant of tea (Camellia sinensis).

Join us for a unique and enriching experience of personal growth. Whether you are a beginner in meditation or a philosophy enthusiast, you are welcome to gather wisdom from your experiences and cultivate your creative potential through our tea circle.

We hope to see you soon!

Why tea?

Tea (Camelia sinensis) is a sacred plant for Asian people. By carefully selecting a high-quality grade and a type of tea that suits us, we can find a precious ally for personal development.

Recognized effects of tea in Asia

  • Heart opening

  • Opening of the mind.

  • Vitalization of the body

  • Circulation of stagnant energy.

  • Relaxation of tension.

  • Improvement of breathing.

  • Soothing of the heart
  • Relaxation of the mind
  • Increase in concentration

  • Improvement of digestion.

By extension, tea facilitates:

  • Self-improvement in general
  •
  • Meditation
  •
  • Working with traumas
  •
  • Authentic relationships
  •
  • Treatment of various therapies

How to maximize these effects while drinking tea?

The Chinese tea ceremony (Gong fu cha) allows us to better connect with the plant and maximize its benefits. This practice is a form of meditation in which we focus on our states of consciousness, allowing the taste experience to touch us more deeply.

The practice includes cultivating a state of presence, as well as the cultivation of virtues such as humility and gratitude. By focusing on these inner states, the tea ceremony allows us to bring together the outer and inner aspects of life, to cultivate balance, wisdom, and harmony, and to connect with oneself and others in a meaningful way.
